Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased?
If for any reason you're unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange. Refunds can only be issued if items are faulty. Items must be unworn / unused and returned within 7 days; we can't accept seasonal items after the season has ended or sale items that are no longer stocked. Please note that returning a non faulty item will incur a $8.50 restocking fee per item returned. Please follow this link to view our full terms and conditions.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments but for your own safety, we only accept credit card payments through Paypal as they have very strict security measures in place. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make your payment through it.
We do not, however accept cheque payments. If you for some reason cannot use PayPal, we do accept direct bank deposit. If you prefer to pay this way, please contact us for payment details. Once your funds have cleared, we will send your order out to you.
When will my item be sent out?
Orders placed will be posted the next business day. Delivery is via Express Post so you should receive the item the very next day. In the case of exchanges, items will be sent via regular post.
What happens if a package is lost or damaged?
If an item is lost or damaged, the item will be replaced at Bebek Maternity's expense. We ask that the damaged item is returned to us before sending out a replacement, however.
